About Us
The name Apadāna carries a rich heritage from two ancient cultures. In Old Persian, apadāna referred to the great audience hall of the Achaemenid palaces — most famously in Persepolis — a place where kings welcomed guests from all over the world: a symbol of hospitality, dignity, and grandeur. In Sanskrit, apadāna means a noble deed, a great achievement — an act worthy of being remembered.
At Hotel Apadāna Frankfurt, we honor both meanings: we aspire to be a place of warm welcome and to offer a service that is truly worthy of your trust.
Located in the very heart of Frankfurt, directly on the banks of the Main and in close proximity to the central station and the banking district, Hotel Apadāna Frankfurt offers the ideal base for your stay in the city. Cultural highlights such as museums, theaters, and the renowned opera house are easily reachable on foot. The exhibition grounds and the university hospital of Goethe University are just a few minutes away by tram or on foot, and Frankfurt Airport can be reached in just 10 minutes by S-Bahn or 15 minutes by taxi.
Despite its central location, the hotel enjoys a remarkably quiet atmosphere — ideal for business travelers and leisure guests alike. Our 21 modern, newly renovated non-smoking rooms were completely refreshed in early 2022 — with new beds, new flooring, and a fresh, inviting ambiance. Our multilingual team is here to provide you with personal, attentive service — because our motto is clear: "We want to delight our guests."
